3. Florida Statutory Stem Cell Notice (§458.3245 / SB1768)
THIS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED TO YOU UNDER FLORIDA LAW: This physician performs one or more stem cell therapies that have not yet been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care provider before undergoing any stem cell therapy.
Florida Statute § 458.3245 establishes specific regulatory requirements governing physician-administered regenerative and stem cell therapies. Longevity Institute Miami conducts all procedures in rigorous alignment with statutory consent and clinical governance standards.
4. FDA Disclosures & Individualized Outcomes
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) notes that stem cell and regenerative products generally require FDA premarket review and approval. Currently, the only stem cell products approved by the FDA are blood-forming cord blood progenitor cells for designated hematological disorders.
